With the help of Osnbtool.exe, it is possible to change your ROM's pagepool. P527 Pagepool Changer lets you change your ROM's pagepool very easily.
If you increase the pagepool(in *.mb) the program memory will be reduced. And if you decrease the pagepool, the program memory will be increased considerably.
Most of the SCHIST ROM's pagepool is 5mb and official wm6.1's pagepool is 8mb. I tried keeping 12mb of pagepool in SCHIST 21864 Clean and the program memory I got was just 15mb. Now, I kept the pagepool to 1mb and I am having 29mb program memory free in the same SCHIST 21864 Clean.

i have clocked it to 226mhz in 2mb pagepool and p527 is working great!
