Release ROM 23004

Hello Guys
As requested, releasing the new version.I could not take the snaps, byt flashed and tested.All seems to b working, but if u find any bugs, pls let me know.

I have added skyfire and free ram utility.

i followed hdubli's instructions for kitchen & fixed the above problem's with this rom update..like, startup and missing sim contact's and error popup's at frequent events.

i have used xip from build 21234 and sys from a combination of 23004 & 23009 builds.

added full office, remote desktop mobile and also fixed network provider's sim menu display, menu itmes are displayed now instead of blank display.. simtku.

Will flash and send across updates. Couple of queries, some user of the previous builds have suddenly lost their IMEI number, how does that part of the gsmparam.cfg get overwritten ?

Any update on the missed call, that was the reason I went back to stock. There was an interesting post by another user rayraven using a patch for the LG KS20 to fix this.

I'm having a problem with both the ROMs (navx2vad and hdubli): i can't install flash player 7. I says installation unsuccessful every time i install it. Any ideas why?

i have added latest files available for adobe flash in the rom, so may be the reason.

thanks for your continued effort, the new rom looks wonderful,camera feels faster and seems to be more stable..
though i have one slight issue,
i cannot take any videos in the p320, with either this or your previous releases ie whenever i change to video mode in camera with mp4 setting, it simply disappears leaving back the pictures and videos screen, photos work fine though.

thanks for the corrected rom, this one is working on my p320 presently like a charm, though the video problem is here too.

Have flashed, have to add ringtone as everything has been removed or is my installation corrupted ?

using xip from 21234 (still don't know how to port xip for our device)

I haven't been able to get mortscript to work on this build, tried using the weather plugin, didn't work, tried installing it directly as well, it installs but it cannot run, gives an error of unsigned certificate.

Anyone been able to get this to work ?

the xip files seem to be core to the device, not sure how porting it to the new version would work. Hdubli any light on the same ?

Another bug, with navx2vad's version: sometimes when the phone exits stand by mode it doesn't have any GSM signal; it takes about 10-20 seconds before it gains back the signal. I guess possibly when the phone enters stand by it also shuts down the radio or something similar...

Your ROM is just superb and I love it. Love it for the fact that it almost has no bugs and works like a charm.

One thing, as soon as I start listening to music on Windows Media Player and I lock the phone using the Windows Mobile lock, the song plays with continuous abrupt disruptions. Don't know what might be the problem? Haven't experienced it previously with other test ROMs for WM6.5.

And also having the same problem mentioned by drunkenn. It suddenly seems to lose network when woken up. Plus, as soon as I turn on my phone after a shutdown, it takes a lot lot of time to identify the network again and get it up and running. Say around 10 minutes just to find the right network and get the phone running.

Otherwise, all I would say is thanks a lot and really appreciate your nice work. Hope to use more of your fantastic releases soon.

hey man good to see you here, after helping me with map my india on ip mart now you are cooking roms here......very good.

everything is working alrit except for the missed call notification.....which is bugging me since the begining....l20 patch works only with lg mobile....please try hard to get this nasty issue resolved.....it is a pain in (you know where)

anyway thanks so much for the new rom,, eagerly waiting to test the next build that you r trying to release.

thanks everyone and regarding, network issues.. is nothing to do with
rom builds. its from microsoft side.. as they release the core files, required to design rom for devices.

have released the latest build 23016 & till now haven't faced ne problem with miss call.

Why are you using the 23004 build of Windows Mobile 6.5? It is pretty old now. Download the latest 23085 build. Works a lot lot better. Follow the link to download from my signature. Hope you will like it.
