Help in flashing Asus P320????

Sorry Guys i'm just a beginner in flashing on Asus P320 , can anyone please explain certain steps that should be followed and i hope it may benefit lot of people.....

And one more thing which might be the most stable custom rom for WM 6.5 that doesn't have any bugs ..... can anyone post the link for it in this thread?

And to flash, just put the FLASH.bin downloaded into your storage card and hold voulme down while pressing the reset ( its a hole at the bottom of the phone beside the usb jack, use the stylus to press it. Don't release the volume button until you see the words Start SD init on the screen. Hope this helps.

Yeah i have flashed the lite Rom. Everything is fine except for the Bluetooth problem i am unable to resolve it do u have any ideas for that buddy... and thanks for your timely help
