Update : Rom Release 23016

Hey, I cannot install this custo rom, neither the WWE 4.15. I've the portuguese ROM, 4.00 I think, but when I try to upgrade to WWE 4.15, it says that the languange is diferent. The same happens with this cooked.

OK, if you want to flash your phone from Portuguese to WWE, try this:

1. Download "P320_V4100_V49_V170_PTG.ZIP" and extract the "2577" folder.
2. Download "P320_V4_15_0_V4_10_V1_11_0_WWE.zip", get the "850_GAX_SD_Enc.bin" from archive and replace this one in the "2577" folder!
3. Copy "2577" folder in the root of your SD Card.
4. Start "AutoRun.exe" and follow the wizard.
5. After it finish, it will ask you to hold volume down and pres reset!
6. After the flashing you must to have WWE phone...

P.S.> You need to have minimum 66% charge in the battery...

tried to run the autorun.exe directly from de explorer, but it didint repair the error

Bulid 2403 is out at XDA and there many major changes in 23025 as many know. My hands are itching wish some ROM Chefs have mercy on us to cook lovley roms for us hope Hudbli Navxd and Xplode listen

What happens when you run AutoRun.exe? Is there any error message?

No, no error message, it says exactly this:

Are you realy sure that you are using AutoRun.exe from 4.10 Portuguese version and 850_GAX_SD_Enc.bin from 4.15 WWE version?

Absolutly. I'll try again, but, when I upgraded my PTG rom to this one, the Autorun was also on English, it never was in Portuguese

Tried again, same thing, also tried to upgrade from PTG to PTG, and the autorun is in english. :s

OK, let's do it the hard way...

1. Download this file: http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?ovzjqmiymd3
2. Etract the file from archive (850_GAX_SD.bin) in the root of your SD Card.
3. Close all running apps on your PPC.
4. Hold Volume Down key and pres Reset. Keep the button down until you see "SD busy" or something like that on a black screen.
5. Wait process to finish and the device will restart.

Hope this one works...

Hey, finally it apear's to be working, is now writing to flash.

After flashing this WWE, I'll try to flash the 6.5 one. Is this the most recent? (the one on the 1st page of this thread)

@ Firewolf can we install the russian rom to english language using your method if it is possible wwe can flash latest roms released by them

re-flashing to 4.15 version does not work....I tried it even service center guys tried it...U have to visit the service center and get the motherboard replaced...

Yup bro had to replace motherboard, if its in warranty then go ahead, otherwise they will charge you around 6K

1. risk involved in flashing
2. necessary backup to be taken before flashing eg: gsmparam.cfg and other files used to restore the IMEI.
3. how to back up and restore the files.
4. How to install the NEW ROM
5. If possible a tutorial on "how to cook" for the new developers

Yea Rocker , is right. @ak5589 you would have gone through this one, we both faced it. Remember always one thing, when you are trying un official version its always risk, and risk goes to your part, not with cookers or company. Its always advised to follow above steps

I tried my hand at cooking but it seems that I am just too smart for it.

Meanwhile, I do see navx2vad active in other forums. I wonder if he has indeed left his P320 for good. hdubli no doubt has left the P320 now. Ain't there any enthusiast who has had luck cooking ROMs for ASUS P320. It is quite disheartening. I would have done all the hard work but a little guidance is required. I hope someone comes ahead and saves us from the nightmare. Let's be optimistic.

Maybe we can try posting some questions over at xda and try solve issues that have been plaguing you.

I'm still waiting for new rom.... Nobody cooking new rom???? Why not?
