wm 6.5.5 build 23549 fixed and office build added

Hey guys

I Finally built a new rom for you guys...Sorry wasn't able to test it much...Was eager to post it first...So please let me know all the bugs that you guys find

highlits:

Honey comb Structure
PPCPim backup
Free Ram
Elegant Black theme Added(It auto installs but you will still have to set the Theme By going to Home)
SLideIt(its a keybaord)
Removed Office
registry editor
Screen Capture
Device Update
Application to soft reset device
Added AMeba(it is used to force quit applications as auto cleaner doesnt work anymore)
New Microsoft Keyboard(Useless piece of Crap)

Free Ram:23 Mb for me.
Free Device Storage:23 Mb for me

Rom Displays that its beta...but Its TimeBomb Patched

Note:In the windows Folder there are a few cab files starting with the Name PRE_.cab.You can delete them to make space on your device

So Guys test it and give me feedback...i'll work on the new rom after that...


Edit:Bug Found:Mp3 doesnt play....Fixed now
does not recieve sms....fixed now
System info shows build 23551....coz i took a few files from there...but the kernel is 23549

Nice to see your new ROM announcement. However, could you make a Lite ROM with office and without the above applications. I want to modify the stuff to my own liking. Also, you might want to have a look at this cool stuff.

i'll do it soon dude.Had a look at the link...it only has the slider....Is that the only thing you want me to do....change the slider and make a lite rom????right???

Device update can't be opened.
I installed the missing file and then reinstall device update.
Finally, it works properly.
Anyway, i'm using DeviceUpdate version 2.1.2.1.

New ROM !!!
Gonna test it today !!

I dunno mate...it's working fine with me....i'll check out the prob anyway.....and maniker...i can set the ringtone.....but even i just noticed that there is a prob with the sms....lemme check that out...and i'll get back to you people

ROM's pretty stable !!

- No missed call issues
- No ring tone setting issues here.
- SMS problem still persists (Major Issue)
- Windows button (touch) icon not working. (Minor Issue)
- Device Update issue (installing .net 3.5 should resolve it i believe)

Ah dude...for the touch button issue...open ameba and set it...it requires a lil setting...and at the moment m working on fixing the sms issue.....and its giving me a headache....please cooperate people....something will be done soon

Manas, take your time. The slider one I gave was for all the ROMs. Would be a great feature to brag about anytime.

Regarding Lite, ya would like one Office installed and nothing else. Also, could you integrate Mortscript in these builds. A very very very handy tool for me. I hope the SMS bug gets resolved soon.

sms bug has been resolved already....my net is bugging me...its not uploading.....dunno why....dude lite build also wont give you much ram....these new builds are heavy.....but still i'll see what i can do

Hi Manas, just flashed with ur latest fixed ROM given in the first post..does this apply to that ROM too? Can u plz specify the exact filenames that can be deleted so that i dont end up deleting something important?

Yes...it Applies to all the roms in this Topic...try Deleting with Resco Explorer...Coz its in the Windows folder i dont knw whether any file explorer can delete these...i dint try...so please try and post the feedback...File Names are:-

At the speed i create Roms...u wont be hard resetting....u would be reflashing.....nyway the files are only 3-4 mb

I thank you a lot again for the new ROM. It is simply superb. And by superb I mean it. Never before did we have a popular demand ROM creator and you have been more than kind to make it according to everyone's needs. I salute you and I love you (not literally ).

You also seem to have put this forum alive and kicking again but it's saddening to see that the original creators are nowhere to be seen. Otherwise, we could have made this forum a huge one. But, thanks to you, the P320ians are smiling and jumping again. You have helped everyone with all sorts of queries. Thanks to you. And I will give feedback about your ROM tomorrow for sure. Busy with some work at home.

Thnx Man....appreciate it...And the Best Part....I M not finished Making Roms yet.....still have loads of builds...N i Mean loads of builds to Make...But First want you guys to test this one before i start making more....N a4rocks...i just loved the LockScreen idea you Gave me.....Do me a favour and look for more things that i can add in my Roms.......Cheers Dude
