Tried the steps for simulating the missed call bug after putting the "ks20.exe" in the windows\Startup folder & soft-resetting..though the ring delay existed, the missed calls were getting notified..

In short, they are utterly lazy. Very lazy in fact. The Windows Mobile 7 idea which has come now is probably too late for Microsoft. Apple, Google and Palm all capitalised on the mobile market at the right time but Microsoft was way too busy churning out WM 6.5 which was their biggest disappointment probably which too was partially rectified by later releases. Microsoft again thinks their dominating position will stay forever which is probably a huge mistake on their part. Hope they rectify their mistakes in the future.

Uh Guys I Have a question.....On the homescreen even when you dont use gprs...do u see the G icon????that is related to the call delay bug

Currently using this build with the registry edit for bluetooth & missed call..

Cooking for Asus P320

Hi, Everyone m new out here and a new P320 user....
First of all Thanks allot Manas for this rom....
this rom is very stable... There is no problem regarding sms and late incoming call...
But in the home screen, when I tap the music then windows media player opens but when i move to standby screen I able to listen the music that i played but in the "Music" it was not showing the song that i have played. In previous built it was working fine.

Is that built really expires in 05/01/2010? If no then how to remove that Beta text from that screen.......

This ROM rocks, but I have bluetooth issues, I can send files, but cant recieve any.

btw guys if u wanna optimize the volume of ur P320 check out this coll software SRS WOW HD .. i guess many might be knowing bout it..

I installed that and modified the registry also but my sounds goes off... now I can't here anything not even a ringtone.. after that I uninstalled that now the sound works fine.....

can u give me the proper procedure and the setup of that SRS WOW HD and the proper registry tweak......

Yes, that was the first thing I checked when I could'nt recieve any files, so I tried a few registy changes like adding a new string under obex given under the previous posts,but still not working, the pda pairs well & sends without flaw, but dose'nt recieve,tried this is between my O2 ATOM & HTC touch to my P320.

im not able to integrate phonex with the phone's call manager.. nyway to do tht.. i ve faced sum problems with this build
1 - the signal drop problem still persists.
2 - the battery consumption is too much than the usual..
ny1 facing similar problems..

I have tried a lot of time to fix the phoneEx issue...but no luck...Yes the battery Consumption is high.....You can download advanced config and in that you can edit a few things to save battery....Signal drop issue is there in all wm6.5 roms for p320...Nyway uploading a new rom....Maybe that will solve the call drop issue

M uploading the new rom...It Has pre-installed advanced config...Download that rom...open Advanced Config...i m sure u'll be able to do it....Oh and reduce the brightness also

SRS HD is cool.... But nazri14 is right....
some of the people do not know how to play with the registry... I had faced the same problem....

There is no application associated with "Flash-23549 Build". Run the application first, then open the file from within the application.
